What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal™, VISA™, MasterCard™ or Discover™.
We do accept personal checks and cashiers checks but these orders will not be shipped for 10 days pending verification of the funds. There will be a $30 charge for returned checks. We no longer accept money orders for payment.
Can I print out my order and mail it in with a check?
Yes, you can mail in your order with a personal check or a cashiers check. Please remember that we do not accept money orders, and shipping will be delayed until funds have cleared. Make checks payable to: Bear Country Collections. (NEVER send CASH through the mail!)

How long does it take to process an order?
That depends on the item. Most items are carried in stock and ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only Florida residents are charged sales tax. We are required by law to collect all applicable taxes for the state of Florida.
Do you ever sell or give my personal information to anyone?
Absolutely not!! We will never sell or give away any of your personal information (your name, phone number, email address, shipping, billing addresses) to anyone, EVER!! This policy is STRICTLY enforced. Your information is completely private.
How will my order be shipped?
We use USPS mail delivery.
Can I order by telephone or fax?
Telephone orders are accepted and can be called directly into our warehouse at 405-488-5729. Fax orders are not accepted at this time.
What is your return policy?
We take pride in the quality and value of everything we offer. Our guarantee is for 15 days of purchase, unless item is stated that it cannot be returned. If you are returning an item because the wrong item was shipped, we will gladly accept returns for an exchange up to 10 days from the date the package was shipped for the correct item providing the original product packaging has not been opened. E-mail us immediately to let us know you would like to return an item.
If requesting a refund due to the product's workmanship, please e-mail us to inform us why you are unhappy with the specific item. We will gladly exchange for another item comparable in price to the item being returned or a refund of the item’s cost minus the shipping cost.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is the result of an error on our part. (i.e. We sent out the wrong item or wrong size.) The applicable refund will be charged back to the original method of payment.
PLEASE NOTE:
Used merchandise will not be accepted for return.
We are not responsible for any damage to the gel, soy wax or embeds due to use of other products not sold by us. We are not responsible for damage due to misuse of our products.
Our product availability and pricing:
We have made every attempt to eliminate the possibility that an item displayed for sale is no longer available. However, availability and pricing may change before we have an opportunity to update our web site.
Products returned as undeliverable:
Anna’s Favorite Recipes And Candles accepts no responsibility for shipping errors related to incorrect shipping addresses provided to us by the buyer. If your package is returned to our office due to insufficient address, undeliverable, or the party has moved and did not leave a forwarding address, we will contact you with the e-mail address or the phone number you provided. If you do not respond to our e-mails or call us within 30 days, the items will go back into our inventory and there will be no refund.
